My Drawing and Painting classes are about exploring drawing from observation in both dry media and wash using materials such ink, watercolours, pastels, contë, charcoal, graphite stick and powder in different combinations and techniques on various paper backgrounds. Each class will begin with a demonstration and the subject matter will be provided each week but if participants have a particular Subject they wish to draw they are welcome to bring this to the class. Emphasis will be on building confidence in drawing by eye. All basic paper & materials will be provided at an extra charge per eight week block of £25. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials/paper in addition to this.
